malfunctioning air conditioning thin walls
the location was acceptable with proximity to public transportation.
the air conditioning did not function properly, it only blew heat even though cooling was selected.. i was advised to open the window. the walls are very thin, and i heard noise from neighbors and external sources.

unfriendly staff loud music
The staff didn't seem particularly cute. They were not rude. but they weren't especially friendly either. The noise was also a problem. Loud music from a nearby restaurant kept me up. The hotel should improve soundproofing.

okay, but some issues need fixing
broken air conditioning nearby restaurant
the hotel was very clean, i guess.
The air conditioning barely worked. It was uncomfortably warm. i also had issues with noise from a nearby restaurant , made it hard to sleep at night. It was pretty irritating. the hotel really needs to do something about that noise.

Average Stay with Noticeable Issues
ineffective air conditioning soggy vegetables
The air conditioning was not effective, even though I set it to cool. The front desk informed me that only heat was available because it was winter, I thought this was an odd answer. I found the breakfast repetitive and the food quality was not great. I noticed some of the vegetables were soggy and did not appear fresh, this was a real issue.

mediocre experience, some issues found
sewage smell pool temperature
the location was acceptable and allowed for relatively easy access to various sites.
The room i stayed in smelled strongly of sewage, and although i requested a room with a mosque view, i was offered a different room without the sewage smell but lacking the view i wanted. i had to purchase a swimming cap to use the pool, but the water was not warm enough, and i found this disappointing. the wi-fi was inconsistent. I could only use it properly in the lobby.
